At 10:00 AM today, Tropical Storm "DOMENG" (Aere) was estimated at 940 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon. This weather disturbance has no direct effect over the country. Meanwhile, the enhanced "Habagat" (Southwest Monsoon) will bring monsoon rains over Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan including Kalayaan Island. Cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Metro Manila, rest of Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA and Western Visayas while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. This weather conditions will persist until tomorrow (02 July).

By Sunday (03 July).  "DOMENG" is forecast to be outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan and Kalayaan Islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the "Habagat" while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will expect generally fair weather condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Throughout the rest of the outlook period (04 -08 July), Kalayaan Islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the "Habagat". The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
