It is moving Northward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao. FORECAST: Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from south to southwest with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 2.8 meters).
