Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Shear Line. The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Shear Line / Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from east to northeast and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

YELLOW WARNING LEVEL: (37,500-75,000 drums/square kilometer) COMMUNITY: AWARENESS FLOODING is POSSIBLE in low-lying areas and LANDSLIDES in mountainous areas. Affected areas: #ZamboangadelNorte(LaLibertad, Piñan, Polanco, DipologCity, Katipunan).
